Need to return a SRAM.com purchase?

If your product was shipped to an address in USA, please see our North America Returns Page. 

New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment including shipment costs via the most efficient manner (excluding costs outside of standard delivery and customs charges where applicable). The period of 30 days starts with the handing over of the goods to you or a third person you appointed, except the carrier. ​ 

Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.​ 

  • Customer name     ​ 

  • Sales order #          ​ 

  • Reason for return ​

If you purchased your product in-store or from an independent retailer, please contact your retailer to arrange a return.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before the product is returned.  Items should be returned within 14 days of the RA number being issued.

All returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included.
